With a humble starting in 1975 with few workers, we mainly cater to the needs of Textile Finishing and processing industry by giving the quality machines. 1988 the company had a team of qualified engineers backed by expertise of over 30 years of Harbans Singh Nagi, who pioneered in textile machinery manufacturing industry. From producing Hydro Extractor / centrifuge for textile industries. The company grew its wings to cater to the needs of chemical & pharmaceutical industry in the year 1990. Hence specific focus on was made on fabrication of centrifuge particularly custom built and application specification. The technical staff at HTE is constantly striving to anticipate and meet the tailor made requirements of the customers. HTE has obtained a great lead of credibility in the domestic and international and through innovation, export oriented approach and thoroughly professional management.

In pharma , sues are very demanding, hence quality control starts right from the stage of raw materials, continues through the manufacturing process till the finished product stage, Quality checks includes DP test for all welded parts.

Radio graphy check for basket welds & main shaft.
Pressure test for leak tightness at 400 mm of water column.
CIP validation by Riboflavin test.
3 step check for Bearing Housing and Shaft.
Machine shop is equipped with Jigs & fixtures for making consistent & standardized equipment.

Safety

The foremost concern in the process industry is of safety. Hence appropriate inter locks both electrical & mechanical are integrated parts of the machine to prevent hazard during operation.
